"Initial phone call very friendly and professional sounding scheduled an appointment with "Howard" on the day of the appointment he was supposed to arrive at two. I called him at 2:30 left a message, then I called the office and left a message there as well, so after three he left me a message saying that he had "woken up sick". Why he didn't cancel his appointment at that time is a mystery. Two days later I get a call from someone else at the office saying that the appointment was scheduled at 2 AM not 2 PM which is pretty hilarious if you ask me. I chose not to call them back and yet I received two more messages from Howard, asking me when I was ready to get started. I was ready to start right away, but not with this company."
