When the files get deleted, if you refresh the directory (with F5 in Explorer) the files do indeed appear to come back, but their filesize is changed. The files that remain are actually not the files that are deleted, but I have not been able to determine their content. If the user waits a few hours the files disappear on their own.

Im facing an issue now whereby my user mailbox previous size is 10GB, so I decided to create a .pst file for his mailbox on Outlook before do migration to Exchange 2013, further checking on Exchange 2007 his mailbox size have been decreased to 400MB .
