"I live three miles from their downtown location and 3 miles from Gahanna. They claim that although I'm 'in Columbus,' they don't serve my area. They should update their website to say they only serve 'parts of Columbus.' That would be more accurate and would not have caused me to waste my time."

"I don't know where the positive reviews were created, but they in no way mirror my experience. On the first day of delivery, two of the blinds were ill-fitting and could not be installed. I don't know if this was the measures or the manufacturer at fault. First delay. Prior to the second visit, I was informed that my ten foot shutter was "lost" and had to be rebuilt.. Second delay. The customer service (?) was icy which seemed to indicate that it was somehow my fault. Intially. there was NEVER an apology or an explanation. The only positive statement is the promptness of the installer who was hampered by the various errors. HIre them at your peril."
