"I have had a membership to Geek Squad for over 6 years and maybe used it once or twice but thought it was good to have just in case. It's always difficult to get an appointment. I went in to the Eatontown store where the Geek Squad Associate told me the last time I was here that I didn't need to worry about an appointment at that store because they were never very busy and he could always squeeze me in. Especially on Tuesdays (today). I made a special trip to this store even though I'm in Brick and now he says I need to make an appointment. So I went on the app and there was a little later appointment that would work but the app wasn't working. A manager came to help and told me that what the app says doesn't mean there is an appointment because they over book just like the airlines. When you spend over $100 for a service you expect some type of quality service. No wonder the business is closing stores. Their system sucks and you can directly purchase from a company for a better price and a good warranty. DON'T BE FOOLED BY PURCHASING GEEK SQUAD. THEY SUCK!!"
