"I tried buying a garden tractor in the store. It was a train wreck!! No one there in "customer service" knew what they were doing, and appeared more interested in talking about their weekend. I did customer service for 33 years and not only was I treated poorly but I felt like a pain in the butt to a couple of the reps that I will not name. I came home and completed the transaction on line. It's sad that I knew more about what to do than the actual "professionals" did.....SAD I'm from Vienna, WV, not SF California. I adjusted the rating from 1 to 3 stars. Customer service in Atlanta was very helpful and the delivery rep went above and beyond in helping me."

"Buyer beware Purchased Vinyl Flooring for my entire house. Home Depot employee sent out to measure. He did not do his job correctly never checked to see if existing floors were level. All supplies delivered and installer shows up and states they cannot install due to unleveled floors that were not measured correctly. The interesting part of all of this is we were only refunded partial amount til supplies were returned which they were within 2 days of this. Have been waiting since 1/8/2025 for remainder of refund . Which is a considerable amount of money. Went up to Home Depot store and they said had a computer glitch and still working on this . Very unacceptable business practice."
