    "Katz Tires was recommended by a friend and they totally lived up to their outstanding reputation. I had been driving on two leaky tires for months and thought for sure I would have to buy new ones. \n\nThe Katz tires found the nails in my tires in under a minute. The front tire was plugged before I even knew what was happening. The nail in the back tire was almost in the sidewall, so they took the time to explain that if I was going to go on a long (longer than 10 hours) trip, I might want to replace it, but if I am just driving local, a $25 patch would be just fine.\n\nWhile one guy was working on my tires, another was educating me on how to check the tread on my tires. These guys could have taken advantage of me and told me I needed 4 brand new tires, but instead they took the time to educate me so I could make informed decisions. They told me all 4 tires looked good and even filled my tires with air before I left!\n\nI highly recommend Katz Tires and will definitely go back for any tire needs in the future."

    "Prays on women, if I could give no stars I would. \nI took my Nissan Rogue in for rear brakes that I heard grinding. Grismer mechanics came back and told me I need rear brakes, brake fluid flush, front brakes, rear bearing, front tie rod, and a new set of tires. I was so stressed and overwhelmed I decided to sell my car before putting $3k into a car with over 180k miles. I told them only do the rear brakes. They decided to include the brake flush because they charged me $660 for the rear brakes. I then took my car for a second opinion and they said none or the things mentioned was dire. I do need tires but can wait a couple months, I need front brakes but can wait a couple months. Grismer told me my front brakes would be gone by the end of the weekend. They had me so scared to drive my car I bought another car to drive before I got my second opinion. Big mistake, but it was the path I was led down by misleading, money hungry mechanics. Terrible and shameful and Grismer should refund my money on the brake fluid flush I did not ask for, they suggested, and they did this work without my request, I said "rear brakes" and they included the flush. Terrible."

    "Awful. Made purchase a 4 tire purchase and appointment. They never showed. The transaction was left pending in my account for days. I had to cancel a vacation out of state we had planned on for a year. I was not able to purchase tires from somewhere else until the pending transaction fell off my account. Called there customer services and was disconnected multi times."
