Speaking only of the default Windows & OSX mouse drivers...<BR>When I use the mouse wheel to scroll in OSX (10.5) it seems to be able to detect whether I "flick" it quickly, or slowly turn it.

I'm trying out a copy of SuSe 9.0 (I'm a long time Debian user myself, but I'm curious to see what I'm missing). However, I can't for the life of me get my scroll wheel to work! I don't understand ...
