Fan-favorite pistachio will finally return to Starbucks on January 6, 2026. While drinks like the Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew have been on the menu before, the Pistachio Cortado is brand-new.

New Bites and Sweets The breakfast menu will expand with Truffle, Mushroom & Brie Egg Bites, which will only be available for a limited time, and a revamped Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Sandwich, which is on the year-round menu, will include two new elements: Cherrywood-smoked turkey bacon and “more flavorful” sharper cheddar.

Starbucks is adding plant-based meat to its U.S. menu for the first time. The Seattle-based coffee chain says a breakfast sandwich made with imitation sausage from California-based Impossible Foods is now available at a majority of its U.S. restaurants.
